Ixtapa Palace, Ixtapa (Guerrero)

I recently spent two weeks at Ixtapa Palace and had a really nice time overall. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and I appreciated the friendly service from the staff. I loved the location, which made it easy to explore nearby restaurants and shops. However, I was a bit disappointed that the resort isn't directly on the beach, and some amenities like breakfast and Wi-Fi could be improved.

The resort is a peaceful getaway with a welcoming atmosphere, just a short walk from the beach. The three pools and well-equipped gym were enjoyable, and the on-site restaurant served good food, although it had limited hours. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a great stay. However, some areas could use improvements, like the aging facilities and limited dining hours.

My stay at the hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. While the staff was incredibly friendly and the on-site restaurant was great, the maintenance issues in the room and the overall condition of the facilities were disappointing. The location was decent with a short walk to the beach, but some amenities weren't up to par, which affected my experience.
